  • Jewellery pieces are antique-finish/antique-inspired and may show natural variation in finish, as this is a characteristic of the style and not a manufacturing defect.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation will apply to that order.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For cancellation requests from your side, please contact us as soon as possible at info@marwatexoprint.com or via WhatsApp. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our Refund & Return Policy.
